Terms and conditions for booking, payment and cancellation

Booking:

• Booking is done by filling out the form on the booking page, and paying a deposit of 340 euro to Bluebird Mountain Experience.    

• The booking is not considered complete until the deposit or the full price of the trip has been paid.

• The balance is due 5 weeks (35 days) before the start of the trip.

• When booking later than 5 weeks (35 days) before the start of the trip, the total amount is paid at once.

• If paying by bank transfer, remember to state who the payment is from and which trip you are booking.

 

Cancellation:

• If cancelling earlier than 8 weeks (56 days) before the start of the trip, payments minus a cancellation fee of 140 EUR, will be refunded.

• If cancelling between 8 weeks (56 days) and 5 week (35 days) before the start of the trip, payments minus the deposit will be refunded.

• If cancelling later than 5 weeks (35 days) before the trip, no refund is issued - the customer pays the full price of the trip.
